Return Policy
Our product return policy within the United States and Canada is 14 days,
Our policy lasts 14 days. 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
We respect the likes and wishes of each of our customers. However, as you will understand, we do not accept the return of a used dinner plate or table accessories. Returns of dinner plate, flatware and glasware products that come into contact with cooked or uncooked food products are not accepted as a policy. You can return decorative products other than these products within 14 days in the ways shown below.

To qualify for a refund, your product must be unused and in the condition that you receive it. It should also be in the original packaging.

There are certain cases where only partial refunds are made.

Any item that is not in its original state is damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by our fault.

Refunds
Once your refund is received and checked, we will send you an email telling you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you approve, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain day.

Late or incomplete refund
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then, if you contact your credit card company, it may take some time to register your refund officially.
Then contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is sent.

Products sold
Only normal priced products can be returned, unfortunately custom produced items cannot be returned.

Exchanges

Gifts
If the product is purchased and marked as a gift when it is sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your refund. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the product is not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giftee has ordered the order to give to you later, we will send you a refund and learn your refund.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. The shipping fee is not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
